Hobbyist around the world are now starting to receive their Tau codices, and many of us are still wondering if and when we will see any Tau models due to the shortages of product hitting the stores. I have the tau codex now.
Aun’Va is a boss of an Ethereal. 100 points. Envokes two elemental powers and comes with a nice form of additional save that is matched to the AP of the weapon (so after all Cover/Armour are done you may take a “AP save”). For example it would negate the wound of an autocannon on a 4+ (this is applicable to both his guards).
All markerlights can indeed boost the BS when firing overwatch and snap shots.
All battlesuits may purchase interceptor for 5 points but counts as a support system slot.
Signature systems are nice. One is forfeit shooting for that model and the entire unit gains the Ignore cover USR. Another is similar (and can be used in conjunction with the previous system on the same model) where you forfeit shooting and make all weapons in the unit re-roll to hit. Can see this being used in Farsight Bomb armies.
